1. Seller
BlindMaster is developed by Davide Turco (Italian VAT no. 04011420041). Plans are sold through Stripe, acting as reseller (merchant of record): Stripe collects the payment, issues the receipt and applies the VAT of your country.
2. What you buy
A subscription, monthly or yearly, to the Club or Pro plan of the BlindMaster service, used with the program for Windows and macOS or in the browser. The Free plan remains available without payment. The features and limits of each plan are those described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Use of the service is governed by the terms of use.
BlindMaster is a tool for running live poker tournaments: it calculates times, prizes and standings, but it does not collect, hold or pay money and does not allow online play or betting.
3. Price and payment
Club costs €6.90 per month or €69 per year; Pro costs €24.90 per month or €249 per year. Prices include VAT. Payment takes place on Stripe's pages with the methods offered there: BlindMaster neither receives nor stores your card details.
In other currencies, the prices shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase apply; at checkout Stripe uses the currency of your country.
Renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, charged to the payment method used, until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal or by writing to : cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid and there are no further charges. A price change applies only to renewals after a notice sent at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel before it applies.
4. Activation
After the payment you receive a licence, shown on the confirmation page and downloadable as a file, to enter in the BlindMaster program for Windows and macOS. The licence is personal and is checked on the computer, even offline. For subscriptions it is valid for the period paid and the program renews it by itself while the subscription is active; after cancellation, at the end of the period paid, the program returns to the free version. If you lose your licence, write to and we will send it again.
5. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you can withdraw within 14 days of purchase, without giving reasons, by writing to . If you ask for the service to start immediately and then withdraw within the 14 days, you are refunded the price paid minus the part corresponding to the service already provided (art. 57(3) of the Italian Consumer Code). The refund is made with the same payment method, within 14 days of the request.
6. Warranty
The legal guarantees of conformity for digital services under the Italian Consumer Code apply. If the service does not work as described, write to us: if the problem is not solved you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund.
7. Future features
Features marked as “coming soon” are not part of what you buy today.
8. Responsible use
Running poker tournaments with cash prizes is regulated by the law of your country. It is up to you to check that you may do so and to comply with the applicable rules.
9. Personal data
How purchase data is processed is explained in the privacy policy.
10. Governing law
Italian law applies. For consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, and the mandatory protections of your country of residence remain in force.
