These terms govern the use of BlindMaster, its documentation and its updates (together, the “Service”). The Service is owned by Davide Turco (Italian VAT no. 04011420041) (the “Owner”). By using the Service you accept these terms.

1. What you may do

You may use the Service to organize and run live poker tournaments, within the limits of your plan. The Free and Club plans are for non-commercial use; commercial use (clubs, card rooms, paid events run as a business) requires the Pro plan.

2. What you may not do

• copy, modify, decompile or resell the Service, except as permitted by mandatory law;
• circumvent plan limits or technical protection measures;
• use the Service for unlawful activities, including organizing games with cash prizes not permitted by law.

3. Your data

The data of your tournaments, standings and players stays on your device, in the browser storage. You decide which data to enter and you are responsible for being allowed to do so, including players' data. We recommend exporting a copy of your data regularly: clearing the browser data also deletes BlindMaster's data.

4. Ownership

The Service, the BlindMaster name, the logo, graphics, texts and code are protected by Italian copyright law (L. 633/1941) and by the rules on distinctive signs. © 2026 Davide Turco · VAT no. 04011420041. All rights reserved.

5. Liability

The Service calculates times, prizes, deals and standings from the data you enter. Always check the amounts before paying prizes. Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence and the mandatory protections for consumers, the Owner is not liable for data loss or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.

6. Changes

The Owner may update the Service and these terms. Substantial changes are announced in advance on the website; for subscribers they apply from the renewal following the notice.

7. Governing law

Italian law applies, with the mandatory protections for consumers.
